Yes, it is possible with some of our products. We request you to call us and share your idea so that we could begin to craft your imagination into reality.

Yes we do accept bulk orders, so please go ahead and place the order. In case, you wish to talk to us please do that and we can process your order offline as well.

RETURN

Our each product is made to order so we don't offer any exchange or replacement.

Please get in touch within 48 hours after receiving the order. Send a mail at magus.dsgns@gmail.com describing the scenario. Our team will look into the matter and revert to you within the next 3-5 working days with a procedure to be followed for any replacement to happen.

Sorry, we do not offer any returns / refunds as our each and every product is handmade and there could be little variation in color or texture as leather, being natural product.
Also there may be asymmetry in the Kilim prints and rattan used in some of our articles, as we do not offer any exchanges or refunds for the same.


ORDER TRACKING

We process an order within the time frame mentioned, although if there is any delay from our end, you will be contacted over the phone or email.
Usually shipping company takes 7-10 days for delivery, although if there is any delay from shipping company due to technical or natural reasons can result in the overall delay of an order.
Please contact the customer care department from the shipping company's website to seek help if your order is being delayed.

Once we dispatch your order, you will receive an e-mail and sms which will have a tracking number and link to shipping company's website. From here on, you have to follow up on the shipping company's website regarding delivery of your order using the tracking code we have sent you.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Our shipping only attempts twice to deliver an order at an address provided by you. If you are absent at the time of delivery or has provided insufficient address or were not available over the phone or refused to accept the delivery. In such cases, order gets returned to us.

We follow the practice of exceeding clients expectation, unless there is some technical issue, as you can understand that our articles are handcrafted and at times it takes more than expected time to craft.
Once we dispatch, it then becomes your responsibility to track your order on the shipping company's website using the tracking number we have provided you through e-mail and sms.

Yes, you just have to pay for shipping charges, although all taxes are already included in the price mentioned our website.

Yes, you can make changes to shipping address till we haven't shipped the order. If you still want to make changes after we have dispatched the order, you'll be charged extra & shipment might take longer time than expected to deliver in such cases.

If your payment is declined, we recommend you check the details you entered and try again. Also, check that your debit/ credit card has not expired or been replaced. If the payment is still declined, you'll need to contact your debit card or credit card issuer for more information, or you'll need to contact your bank or contact us we will check it at our ends also.
